Competition Terms and Conditions
Prize Details The prize will consist of a Target Dry Mac in a Sac.
Conditions of Entry The competition is open to all UK residents 18 or over except employees (and their families) of Isle of Wight Council and any affiliates, subsidiary companies, and anyone else who may be involved or connected with the competition/promotion. Only one email entry per person will be accepted for the draw.
The prize promotion closing date is 03/10/2010 and the promoter will not accept any entries after the closing date. Terms and Conditions The sending of the email will not constitute proof of entry and no responsibility will be accepted by the promoter for entries that the promoter does not receive. The winner will be drawn at random by an independent judge on 04/10/2010 and the winner will be notified by post or by email within seven days. If selected as the winner, we will contact you by using the contact details supplied by you when entering the competition. No cash equivalent or other alternative prize is available in whole or in part except as provided for in these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to substitute the prize of an equivalent value should the prize become unavailable for any reason. If any winner is not able, for whatever reason, to accept the prize, or if we are unable to locate the winner, within a reasonable time frame, using the contact details supplied by the winner on entry, then we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant. The decision on the selection of the prize winner is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the competition. There is a requirement for winners to take part in post-event publicity and entry into the competition constitutes agreement to this. Data collection Contact details of the competition entrants will be collected as part of the competition terms and conditions. These personal details will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and will be used solely by Isle of Wight Council for the purpose of communicating with the individuals for marketing purposes.
